Better Fantasy WR: Austin Collie, Kenny Britt, or Mike Williams?

Collie is competing with Anthony Gonzalez, and Clark, Wayne, and Garcon are gonna get theirs before him. Britt is suppose to be the best WR on the Titans, but they aren't exactly the best ping team in the league. I've heard Mike Williams is killing it in training camp and at this point will be the #1 reciever on the depth chart, but he's also a rookie on a not so explosive offense in Tampa Bay. I like Williams but I would have to drop one of the other two in order to get hiim. Any suggestions? Thanks to whoever answers.
