Whats the reason why some girls can attract guys easily towards them while some girls struggle?

I wouldn't date a girl who texts me everyday to say hi. It would be too expensive. LOL. anyways, i really look for a girl who is somewhat like me in someways.. is smart and knows when theres time to joke and when there isnt.
