Can you have a pet squirrel?

like ive seen other similar questions were ppl ask this and the answers always say no because squirrels are over active theyll attack you and wont ever trust you and let you pet them ... stuff like that but this lady on youtube has hundreds of videos of her pet squirrel (15 years old) and they seem to get along well http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s71XMq7V1AE how do YOU think she managed to do this? i dont think that video is the best example but yeah .... i myself dont want a pet right now i just find it interesting ... ?
