How should you train for a marathon?

I think u should condition like run up steep hills, run from one point 2 another point, drink alot of milk get as much Calcium as possible and just run at a track or even through a park. The more u practice the better u will be!!! And good luck with the marathon!!! Oh and strech before u run and dnt sit down right after u run because u'll get cramps or drink alot of water either.
