The Sims 2: How can i resurrect Michael Bachelor?

I already have a Resurrect-O-Mitron, a Genie, a Casting Spell w/c all doesn't work... i also tried the "boolPropTestingcheatsenabled true" but it always says he died on a different lot... any specific instructions i should do? Help? (i also appreciate a CONSTRUCTIVE answer)
