Why is there no consensus among political parties on Telangana`s statehood?

Proper understanding of this very sensitive issue is not approached properly by the Central,State Governments and also by the pupil of different sections in the whole in cause of this problem.So the Teungana issue should be discussed very seriously in the Parliament(both inLoksbha and Rajyasabha)in a responsible manner before coming to a solid conclusion.
