My girlfriend has a cancer. Should I withdraw my college?

I think that it's so sweet that you would be willing to sacrifice college for her, but I think that if you two really love each other, she'd appreciate it much more if you'd go to college and continue your plans. Even if you did see her, would it help either of you? I know you must be worrying all the time, but it's not worth lying to your parents and not getting an education.
