I have always liked Matt Hughes. I think Matt Serra is too y for his own good, and that was ultimately a big part of his downfall. What's going on inside of my body?

Every so often I get incredibly painful chest pains. Not at any specific times. One morning I woke up with horrible chest pains, and every time I moved, I felt an intense shock. Even once when I was working out on the treadmill, I had to stop because it hurt so bad. I don't think this is normal because I'm only 18. I quit smoking a few months ago after my mom was diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis, and I with acute bronchitis, even though I personally think it was more then that. every time I inhaled cigarette smoke, I became extremely ill and coughed nonstop for days. I STILL even have coughing fits every now and then and I can't understand why. I'm wondering if the chest pains are related to my past smoking. I once went one or two days without eating, and my chest felt very caved in as if someone were squeezing me to death, and I could barely breathe. There have been a lot of times where I've felt like my body wasn't getting enough oxygen. My family has a history of strokes. I couldn't come up with any possibility but angina, anemia, or if something in my body has a blockage. Please help!

1 month long period...?

Foot infection!!! EXTREME PAIN!!!?

ive got some infection on my foot. it started at a simple cuticle infection on my big toe but now my little toe on the same foot is swollen but not puss-y(not the hoo ha lol) it stings terribly even if just touched and the area around it and now leading to other toes is getting very sensitive. ive covered the area with cream antiseptic and wrapped it up with a bandage and the pain has gone down. im going to the doctor tomorrow but i was wondering if anyone knew any way or anything to do to help the pain besides pain killers. maybe if anyone knew what was happening? thanks

I recently moved to China about 5 months ago, and I have noticed my health steadily decreasing.?

I am a 25 year old male from North America. I was in relatively good health before I left for China, I am of European descent and not overly familiar with Asian foods. In the 5 months I have been here I have lost about 35-40 pounds. I wasn't that heavy before 6'3 210 lbs. I am constantly getting sick (colds). My stomach hurts 5 out of 7 days of the week. As of late I have become complacent to most things around me, as if I hate an don't care about anything. I have recently quit smoking, which should make me feel better I thought, but to no avail. Last year I had (and still have) a crush on my friend. I asked her to prom but said "as friends" uming she wouldn't want a relationship with me. Well my cough that I had gotten from the flu was getting worse, so I went to see the school clinic. They got me in and did a test that made me inhale the medication and since that cleared my airways, the diagnosed me with bronchitis. I had this bronchitis till early January, and was using the inhalers they gave me like mad. Well now my cough was gone, and I was feeling good. Unfortunately, I have my cough back, and have had it since late April. Is this cough due to my bronchitis, or is it allergies? I have no other symptoms other than the cough right now.

If you were truly dehydrated then it would not be one muscle group that was cramping but your entire body as one does not loose fluids in just one area. A muscle cramps because it is tired and has been overused. There are reflexes in the body that control how a muscle is going to respond and the best way to deal with them is to make sure that they are stretched out and or maged. Here are a few exercises that should help you. The first is done either in a long sitting position or lying on your back. The knees are kept straight and the legs are fully extended. Have the muscles of the feet pull the front of the feet up towards the knees. You will know that this is working as there will be a stretching sensation in the calves. Hold that position for ten seconds and then rest. Repeat that between five and ten times. Do that at least twice a day with the best times being right before you go to sleep and right before you get out of bed in the morning. Next attempt this one with something around that can help you maintain your balance. Squat down but maintain the heels in full contact with the floor. Stay in that position for thirty seconds and then rest. You may need to hold onto something initially until there is enough flexibility in the tendons to allow you to do it without holding on. Lastly, and this one doesn't have to be done, this movement is a yoga position so you may wish to look it up either on line or in a book or dvd. The position is called Downward Facing Dog. The object is to attain that position and stay there for one minute. In the beginning doing it for ten seconds will be enough but keep working towards the one minute goal. This should stop your cramps but if you do get one stretching it out will definitely stop it.

Trying To Prevent Uneducated Grandchildren.?

Ok, here it is. I don't know much about how homeschooling works. My stepson has an 8th grade education and his wife is a high school graduate ( I don't know how she slipped through the cracks). Neither of them are very smart and they are attempting to home school their kids because they don't want their kids in "public school" because some members of their church home school. Our grand daughter is 8 years old and unable to do very simple, basic multiplication. Her reading is ok but we feel that her potential will be hampered by her ignorant and stubborn parents. Our grand daughter is very smart and she catches on pretty good but when she asks her mother for help all she gets is scorn and "come on, you know this" when in reality, she doesn't. She has not been properly taught how to solve problems. The curriculum is what ever they can get their hands on that may be used as teaching tools. What can we do? We don't want our grandchildren growing up illiterate and ignorant. Their are four more to teach after her. Her mother has already stated that she is not sure that she will be able to teach what they need to know and that anything beyond division will be a challenge for her to teach. I think our grand daughter should at least know what 3X3 is. But she doesn't. We can not school her because we live too far away for daily contact. ok, i got a puppy back in july, and at least once a week, i come home, and he is either off his leash, outside, or sitting in a pile of demolished crap that he got to. the off his leash part is bad because we have way too many hazardous things in our house to let him have the run of it, the outside part is bad because he can get out through the broken gate, he does have a microchip but people come speeding through our neiborhood at least three times a day, going 60 mph, and he could get hit, and i came home today and found him sitting in a mixed pile of a shattered cd, a very broken plastic hanger, dirt, leaves, the shredded remaints of my the front cover of my moms address book, and shredded paper everywhere. this is at least the 6th time i have come home and my puppy has been in a situation like this. he did not get anything stuk in his paws, and its been about an hour and a half and he hasnt gotten sick yet so i hope he didnt ingest anything bad. and all of these things have happened on my parents account, not mine. i am so sick and tired of my dog being in danger when i leave, and my parents obviously not caring enough about him to make sure he isnt near anything dangerous, i am literally at a loss of what to do. the fact that i could come home to a sick puking dog or a bleeding dog or even a dead dog makes me want to puke and it breaks my heart. i need help, desperately! im going to talk to my parents, but i dont know if it will work, and trust me, this will be at least the 20th time ive had to talk to them about my dog!

How should I use my Oyster Card when travelling from Heathrow?

Last year I bought an Oyster Card while visiting London. But I arrived from Gatwick so I didn't need to use it until I got London Victoria. Anyway, next month I am going to London again and I read that one can top up the card with a "Pay-as-you-go" system. Ok all that sounds comprehensible. I saw also that one can take the tub from Heathrow to London but Heathrow lies Zone 6 and I bought my card on Zone 1. Maybe it isn't important where you buy your card? But when I get to Heathrow underground what should I do? If I want to use the pay-as-you-go should I chose Zones 1-6? How much money is that? Or should I buy a simple travel card get to London and then top up my card with some money? Where I come from we don't have this system. You just chose to pay for 1 day, 7 days, 1 month and so on...Well let me know. I'll be more than grateful! Thank you!

I currently live in a three-flat apartment in San Francisco. My landlord is in her late 70's, speaks broken English, and lives above me. Okay so. Last night i wanted to have a good night and just relax. And there was me. My boyfriend. My boyfriends two best friends. And my boyfriends friends girlfriend. Am I permanently losing my voice?! Please help me!?

Okay. So, I sing A LOT. It's my life - I've been singing since I was 3. I've been told I have a great voice, and I really do not want to lose it. So, I was singing today, like usual, and all of a sudden, those big notes I can usually [attempt] hitting came out kind-of soft and raspy a little bit. It kind-of felt as if my voice was trying to avoid that note. It sounded like similar to what it normally was, but it was off. Well, I can sing fairly high in falsetto, and some of those notes are like that too. What I don't get, however, is how I can sing perfectly fine in higher notes and lower notes, but not that certain note. So I need to know if it's because maybe puberty, since I'm 15, or maybe because about a month and a half ago I had bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection, or maybe because my brother and I were wrestling, and he choked me a little too hard. Those have all crossed my mind - I really and scared that I've permanently lost a part of my voice. So do you guys think I am? And what can I do to possibly save it?
